This is to ensure the show will have contestants excited, energized, and motivated about poker but also the grand prize. “Call the Floorman’s” creator Greg Nardo, is a poker veteran. His innovation to create a game show that used trivia to educate new and old players led to “Call the Floorman”. Through the development of the Manhattan Beach Film Group it was only a matter of time before his idea became a well-polished product. Through trivia and game play, three contestants try to get the best hand in three rounds of question and answer style play. This game show adds element of cards and chips(or points) to give the players and the audience the feel of a real Texas Hold’em poker hand.”Call the Floorman” incorporates the best of many worlds for poker enthusiasts, but it is also geared toward those who don’t know much about poker or Texas hold’em. This allows us to draw from a large audience base and have ability to stay versatile in our viewer demographic. The viewer demographic is geared toward young adults from 18-45, however, we have designed the show to reach many different types of audiences. From players new to game of poker wanting to learn more,to stay at home parent who may not much about poker, but likes the game play and prizes.
